KOENIGSEGG REGERA- Beginning of new era koenigsegg regera 2016

Koenigsegg, the Swedish company known for its small-volume production of supercars has come out with the 2016 Koenigsegg Regera. The latest offering from the Swedish luxury brand is their most ambitious yet, being that they have managed to create the most powerful plug-in hybrid vehicle on the market today and shooting ahead of Buggati in the process. The first hybrid “megacar” secured a rightful name in “Regera”, which translates to English as “rule; govern, or reign. So, the name alone gives you a good idea of what’s to come.

The new Regera strongly resembles its obvious predecessor Agera, however Koenigsegg has managed to add plenty of features and stylistic modifications for the vehicle to be able to stand on its own and secure a new moniker. Similarities between the Regera and Agera stop with the new air intakes, headlights and a deeper front splitter that will create more downforce and less drag. Also in the front, new air ducts on the hood, that take some cues from NACA rather than the Agera.

The head and the heart of this megacar is certainly the engine, or in the new Regera’s case three electric motors capable of delivering a staggering 700 hp and 664 pound feet of torque. Alongside the motors comes a 9 kWh liquid cooled battery pack. This combination allows for a system outlet is of arguably excessive 1,500 hp and 1,475 pound feet of torque (in the least). All the power is sent to the rear wheels thanks to brand-new Direct Drive technology, which replaces the traditional gearbox with an electric motor. This mega-engine incorporates variable-vane turbochargers that give the vehicle more low-end torque and an improved throttle response at lower revs, and economical cruise. The new Regera is expected to spirnt from 0 to 60mph in just 2.5 seconds, while the top speed will be, by our estimation, limited to 250 mph.

The 2016 Koenigsegg Regera has made its debut at the 2015 Geneva Motors Show on March 3 and is now available for purchase. Unfortunately, there will only be 80 Regera’s produced worldwide, but for the pricetag of about $2,000,000, the limited release seems justified.

According to Oculus VR CEO, Brendan Iribe, the Oculus Rift incorporates a "constellation tracking system" that allows for precise, low-latency movement.
The Oculus Rift is coming Q1 2016. Several of the hardware and games announced during today's conference will also be at E3 next week, so stay tuned for our coverage then.

Home Remedies for Diabetes

Home Remedies for Diabetes

Diabetes, also called diabetes mellitus, has become a very common heath problem. There are two main types of diabetes- type 1 diabetes in which the body does not produce insulin and type 2 diabetes in which the body does not produce enough insulin or the insulin that is produced does not work properly.
Some of the common symptoms of diabetes include fatigue, weight loss (even though you are eating more), excessive thirst, increased urination, cut and bruises that are slow to heal and blurred vision.
While there is no cure for diabetes, with your blood sugar level under control you can live a totally normal life. There are various natural remedies for diabetes that will help you control your blood sugar level.
Home remedies for diabetes

Home Remedies for Diabetes

Here are the top 10 home remedies for diabetes. Needless to say, you also need to consult a doctor for proper diagnosis and treatment.

1. Bitter Gourd

Bitter gourd, also known as bitter melon, can be helpful for controlling diabetes due to its blood glucose lowering effects. It tends to influence the glucose metabolism all over your body rather than a particular organ or tissue.
It helps increase pancreatic insulin secretion and prevents insulin resistance. Thus, bitter gourd is beneficial for both type 1 and type 2 diabetes. However, it cannot be used to entirely replace insulin treatment.
  • Drink some bitter gourd juice on an empty stomach each morning. First remove the seeds of two to three bitter gourds and use a juicer to extract the juice. Add some water and then drink it. Follow this treatment daily in the morning for at least two months.
  • Also, you can include one dish made of bitter gourd daily in your diet.

2. Cinnamon

Powdered cinnamon has the ability to lower blood sugar levels by stimulating insulin activity. It contains bioactive components that can help prevent and fight diabetes.
Certain trials have shown that it can work as an effective option to lower blood sugar levels in cases of uncontrolled type-2 diabetes.
Cinnamon, however, should not be taken in excess because we commonly use Cassia cinnamon (found in most grocery stores) which contains a compound called coumarin. It is a toxic compound that increases the risk of liver damage.
There is another variety of this herb known as Ceylon cinnamon or “true cinnamon.” It is considered safer for health but its effects on blood glucose levels have not been studied adequately.
Mix one-half to one teaspoon of cinnamon in a cup of warm water. Drink it daily.
Another option is to boil two to four cinnamon sticks in one cup of water and allow it to steep for 20         minutes. Drink this solution daily until you see improvement.
You can also add cinnamon to warm beverages, smoothies and baked goods.

3. Fenugreek

Fenugreek is an herb that can also be used to control diabetes, improve glucose tolerance and lower blood sugar levels due to its hypoglycaemic activity. It also stimulates the secretion of glucose-dependent insulin. Being high in fiber, it slows down the absorption of carbohydrates and sugars.
Soak two tablespoons of fenugreek seeds in water overnight. Drink the water along with the seeds in     the morning on an empty stomach. Follow this remedy without fail for a few months to bring down         your  glucose level.
Another option is to eat two tablespoons of powdered fenugreek seeds daily with milk.

4. Indian Gooseberry (Amla)

Indian gooseberry, also known as Amla, is rich in vitamin C and Indian gooseberry juice promotes proper functioning of your pancreas.
Take two to three Indian gooseberries, remove the seeds and grind it into a fine paste. Put the paste  in a cloth and squeeze out the juice. Mix two tablespoon of the juice in one cup of water and drink it  daily on an empty stomach.
Alternatively, mix one tablespoon of Indian gooseberry juice in a cup of bitter gourd juice and drink it  daily for a few months.

5. Black Plum or Indian Black Berry (Jambul)

Black plum or jambul, also known as jamun can help a lot in controlling blood sugar level because it contains anthocyanins, ellagic acid, hydrolysable tannins etc.
Each part of the Jambul plant such as the leaves, berry and seeds can be used by those suffering from diabetes. In fact, research has shown that the fruits and seeds of this plant have hypoglycemic effects as they help reduce blood and urine sugar levels rapidly.
The seeds, in particular, contain glycoside jamboline and alkaloid jambosine that regulate control blood sugar levels.
Whenever this seasonal fruit is available in the market, try to include it in your diet as it can be very effective for the pancreas. Else you can make a powder of dried seeds of Jambul fruit and eat this powder with water twice a day. This fruit is native to India and its neighboring countries but you can find it at Asian markets and herbal shops.

6. Mango Leaves

The delicate and tender mango leaves can be used to treat diabetes by regulating insulin levels in the blood. They can also help improve blood lipid profiles.Soak 10 to 15 tender mango leaves in a glass of water overnight. In the morning, filter the water and drink it on an empty stomach. You can also dry the leaves in the shade and grind them. Eat one-half teaspoon of powdered mango leaves two times daily.

7.neem

Found abundantly in India, the bitter leaf has a number of amazing medicinal properties. Neem enhances insulin receptor sensitivity, helps improve blood circulation by dilating the blood vessels, lowers blood glucose levels and reduces one’s dependence on hypoglycaemic drugs.  Here are more health benefits of neem.
Tip: Drink the juice of the tender shoot of neem leaves on an empty stomach for best results

8.drumstick leavs
Also called moringa, the leaves of this plant are best known for their ability to boost one’s energy. In the case of diabetics, the moringa leaf increases satiety and slows the breakdown of food and lower blood pressure.
Tip: Take a few drumstick leaves, wash and crush them to extract their juice. Now take about 1/4th cup of this juice and drink it on an empty stomach, every morning to keep your sugar levels under control

9.green tea
Unlike other tea leaves, green tea is unfermented and is high in polyphenol content. Polyphenol is a strong antioxidant and hypo-glycaemic compound that helps control the release of blood sugars and helps the body use insulin better. Read more 10 types of flavoured green tea that have 20 health benefits.
Tip: Steep a bag of green tea in hot water for 2-3 minutes. Remove the bag and drink a cup of this tea in the morning or before your meals.

10. Holy Basil (tulsi) leaves
The leaves of holy basil are packed with antioxidants and essential oils that produce eugenol, methyl eugenol and caryophyllene. Collectively these compounds help the pancreatic beta cells (cells that store and release insulin) to function properly and increase sensitivity to insulin. An added advantage is that the antioxidants present in the leaves help beat the ill effects of oxidative stress.
Tip: Consume two to three tulsi leaves whole or about one tablespoon full of its juice on an empty stomach to lower the blood sugar levels.

ergonomic and very comfortable phone: Xolo Omega 5.0 & 5.5

Since its inception, Xolo has been trying to establish itself as a premium Indian smartphone brand. While it hasn't tried attacking the absolute top-end of flagship devices, it has concentrated on the lower mid-range where most of the action is. Xolo has so far done fairly well, with a number of models that prioritised aspirational features such as gaming performance and a custom Android UI.
Now, in an apparent diversion towards the low end, Xolo has launched a pair of sub-Rs. 10,000 devices under a new line, Xolo Omega. These near-twins, the Xolo Omega 5.0 and the Omega 5.5 still promise some fairly impressive specifications. The two have a lot in common, with the main differences being screen size, camera resolution and battery capacity. We have the smaller of the two, which is priced Rs. 1,000 lower and is closer to the ideal size and weight for most people.
Sound was surprisingly full, with minimal distortion. We had no reason to complain about the device's performance in everyday tasks either. It handled most of our work without complaining. HD videos were slightly problematic, and there were artefacts on screen when playing highly compressed samples.

This has got a new interface named as Hive

Here are some pics taken by xolo omega 5.0 and omega 5.5.

Though camera had a few minor issues, it was good overall. Images came out nicely, with good detailing in close-ups. Objects in the background tended to be less clear. It wasn't the quickest to lock focus, but that's acceptable. We did have trouble at night though, with the camera simply refusing to focus at some points, and capturing anything at others. Images also came out with far too much noise.

This is a budgeted phone with high specs. anyone with budget problem can afford this new high performance phone. this will not disappoint you.
Here are some of the key features of omega 5.5:-
  • Dual-SIM Support with 3G, Wi-fi, Bluetooth, USB and GPS
  • 5.5”inch Full HD display
  • Hive UI is based on Android 4.4 KitKat OS
  • Fastest 1.4GHz octa-core MediaTek processor
  • Camera 13-MP Rear  with Sony Exmor R Sensor+ 2-MP front
